Juan Ford started Ford's Trash & Junk Removal with one truck and a simple promise: show up, do the work right, and treat every customer's home like it matters. Since 2015, that promise has grown into a crew that Dayton trusts with garages, estates, offices, and everything in between.
But Juan's approach to the business has always gone further than hauling junk. He built Ford's to be a place that hires local: real people from Dayton neighborhoods, given a real job with real hours and a real paycheck.
